I challenge you to think about this… 👇🏼

What’s the point of eating secretly—hiding behind a cabinet or fridge door, just in case someone unexpectedly walks in?

How does it feel to slip treats into your pockets, trying to look casual as you walk past your partner?

What about that sinking feeling when your friend gets into your car, only to see the wrappers and crumbs from last night’s binge?

Deep down, do you really believe this behavior comes from loving food so much? That it’s because you’re a “foodie”?

Reality check: We don’t abuse the things we love. We don’t behave this way around food because we love it.

There’s something deeper going on here, and another diet won’t fix it.

When you’re ready to address the real issue, I’m here to help.

I’ve said it a million times before but…

Forcing your children to eat (or not eat) will only backfire.

It may result in more broccoli and less ice cream whilst they are in your eyesight, but quite the opposite for the remainder of their life.

But perhaps you haven’t thought of that the same applies to you?

The more you force yourself into change, the less likely you are to sustain that change.

Key is to make it feel like your choice, and the only way forward to learning how to eat on your terms - without external cues or validation.

If you are ready to have an effortless relationship with food, let me help you!

All my programs have a 100% satisfaction guarantee because I know you’ve already spent too much money on things that don’t work and have the right to be sceptical.

My clients usually come to me when they’ve tried everything else first.

But what I will say is - 100s of people have worked through my programs and I am yet to issue a refund because this stuff works.

See you on the inside x

Here’s why ↓↓

Look, I’m not going to pretend that I know the ins and outs of US politics.

I’m a nutritionist based in Sweden working in binge eating recovery, and that’s where my expertise lies.

But here’s the thing: an abortion ban goes beyond politics—it’s about control over women’s bodies.

Research shows that restrictive policies can lead to serious mental health impacts, including binge eating. Here’s how:

💙 Loss of Autonomy: Just as diet culture pressures women to control their bodies, an abortion ban strips them of personal choice, leading many to feel powerless. Binge eating often becomes a response to this loss of control, offering temporary comfort.

💙“You’re Not Enough” Message: Both diet culture and abortion bans send a similar message—women must conform and cannot be trusted with their own judgement. This narrative can fuel self-soothing through food, as women grapple with feeling helpless, inadequate and silenced.

💙Vulnerability & Trauma: Losing reproductive rights creates a deep vulnerability. Binge eating is often triggered by heightened emotional states, making women in these situations more susceptible to disordered eating as a temporary escape.

💙Ripple Effect on Mental Health: The emotional toll of an abortion ban goes far beyond the policy itself. Restrictions on bodily autonomy are linked to increased anxiety, depression, and disordered eating, especially if women feel forced into unsafe or unsupported situations.

In the end, this isn’t just about policy. It’s about real mental health consequences for women, who deserve autonomy and the freedom.

👀 How to feel in control this year…

🎃 Halloween is over, Christmas is approaching, and so is that mix of excitement, overwhelm, and dread.

You know yourself: you always lose control around this time of year.

Every corner holds another opportunity to overeat, and despite trying to resist, deep down, it feels pointless. 😔

So, you give in. You promise yourself that next year will be different. But for now, you’ll enjoy Christmas and make the most of it. 💃

Let me hold your hand when I tell you this—next year won’t be different unless you do something different. 🙃

And you can start today, with a simple mindset shift.

Traditional advice tells you to “save” calories for Christmas Day, alongside “helpful” tips about how many burpees it takes to burn off a mince pie. 🙄

One moment it’s about “low-calorie eggnog,” and the next, it’s “real hot chocolate with Baileys because it’s Christmas!” 🥲

This all-or-nothing mindset is exactly what makes binge eating so much harder to manage.

This year, I’d urge you to try a new approach. 👇🏼👇🏼

All the foods you usually feel out of control with?

Try adding them into your routine now, in small, manageable amounts, alongside your regular meals.

By doing this, you’ll find they’re no longer a novelty, and come Christmas, you’ll feel less tempted to overindulge. 🙏🏼

If you’re worried about keeping these foods around, I’ve created a 5-Step Guide to Managing the Urge to Overeat for moments like these ❤️

These are real, practical steps to help you pause, reflect, and make choices that keep you feeling content.

✉️ DM or comment ‘GUIDE,’ and I’ll send it straight to you for free.

ok this one is a little controversial 👀

over-eating is a wildly different experience when it comes from your conscious brain rather than subconscious, and it never turns into a binge - and this is where the true harm lies.

want to learn how to feel in control of your food choices?

send me a DM and we can take it from there 💙

❤️Here’s the deal…

For some people, it has been life-changing, so I am not here to tell you not to take it.

I would never have the audacity to tell you how to live your life.

But it’s important that you are aware of this, because you probably haven’t thought of it… 👇🏼

If you are drawn to weight loss medication as a result of suffering with binge eating disorder, you need to understand this 👇🏼👇🏼

Binge eating is not your problem, it’s your consequence.

Even if you take weight loss medication and end up thrilled with the results, the problem remains untouched.

Binge eating serves a purpose, it serves an unmet need in your life, it fills a hole. It is masking a deeper problem.

If you still don’t know what that is and you aren’t dealing with it, it will manifest in other ways which could be far worse - drugs, alcohol, abusive relationships.

Your brain wants to keep you safe, it doesn’t want you to face discomfort so it will find any way to distract you from pain through quick releases of dopamine whether that is food or drugs.

You need to figure out what binge eating was for you, because it’s never about the food.

If you are struggling to navigate this, my DMs are always open ❤️
