Unlike deep chemical peels, which require a lot of recovery time, cliniccare peels are able to achieve the same results over a course of treatments, meaning you are able to carry on about your day, there's just some things that need to be avoided for upto a few weeks following a chemical peel...

Spf30+++ for a minimum of 2 weeks
No intense sun exposure, sunbeds, etc
No swimming pools, hot tubs, etc
No intensive exercise for 24 hours
