I'm loving seeing the great results from all my skincare advice I've been giving out the last few months after my aesthetics training ❤️

One thing I think we can all agree on, is that it's a minefield out there and knowing what to use and what's best for our skin can be so difficult 💖

I've decided to do a weekly post (let's hope i keep up with this lol!) to explain more about skincare products and help guide you with your home care 💕

For the first post it's got to be rose oil 🌹

Great for dry, flakey, red and inflamed skin! If your skin is in need of some extra nourishment I'd highly reccomended adding this to your skin routine ✨️

This treatment works by creating controlled micro-injuries in the skin to stimulate collagen and elastin production, helping to improve:

When booking an aesthetic treatment with me, I will send you over all the pre - and post care needed for your chosen treatment, along with a pre treatment consultation

This ensures it's safe for me to carry out the treatment and that your skin is prepared for the service. I also send over a full copy of the aftercare, outlining what needs to be followed and avoided after to ensure the best results from your treatment! I am also just a message away for any questions 💕

Some of the things to consider are..
✨️ SPF 30 daily for a minimum of 2 weeks
✨️ No retinols post treatment
✨️ No swimming/chlorinated water for 2 weeks
✨️ No hottub, sauna or steam room for 2 weeks
