Embark on this dynamic 6-week course designed to build strength, improve mobility, and move with control. Expect strong, flowing sequences that target the core, enhance flexibility, and create a continuous full-body workout in a heated studio—leaving you energised and reset.
This course runs for 6 weeks, but bookings are made one week at a time—You’re welcome to join as often as you like; no need to attend every session.
