🌟 My Reiki Journey 🌟

My first experience with Reiki was many years ago. At the time, I felt stuck, unmotivated, and unsure of which path to take. After a Reiki session, I returned home with a renewed sense of inspiration and a spring in my step. That was just the beginning, and I continued to explore Reiki, finding it incredibly therapeutic.

In another chapter of my life, when I struggled with anxiety, Reiki helped to calm my mind and restore my sense of peace. And during the profound grief of losing my mum, Reiki brought a gentle release, helping me heal and find comfort.

These experiences have made me passionate about Reiki, and I’m deeply grateful to share its healing benefits with others.

Wow this hit a chord!.. Throughout life such acts as people pleasing, changing myself to be what someone else wanted me to be..whilst inside my whole body screamed at me.. I ignored all the signs of my stomach twisting in knots, the silent resentment and the buried anger... This was me betraying myself, I abandoned myself to fit someone else's comfort, wants and needs.... Today is a different story.. I embarked on a journey of healing and discovery.. I won't fit into anybodys box now.. I align with what is right for me... This journey is ongoing, still learning, still discovering.. Bring your power back to yourself, listen to what your body is telling you and be kind to yourself.. Much love ❤️

Good morning everyone.. Wow we have survived the eclipses.. And today I feel a stillness in the air.. The storm has passed and now we have landed back on our path of where we are meant to be!.. For many there was a real big shake up in life, seeing through the illusions... Seeing the reality of situations, breakups etc.. But just trust and know that it is all happening for your higher good.. So as you land back on your path.. Try to breath in yet again that you are where you are meant to be.. Stand tall and strut your stuff.. You have got this!.. Much love ✨✨
