Farway Grange Nursing Home Welcome to Farway Grange Care Home, an established 35 bed home providing residential and nursing care in Queens Park, Bournemouth

Our aim is to provide a caring and open environment with unobtrusive professional support, and to deliver holistic nurslng care for our residents, whatever their circumstances. This will be achieved by a team of qualified and experienced care staff, who will ensure that respect for individual dignity is provided in a homely and relaxed setting. Following consultation with the co-operation of the residents and their supporters, we aim for person centered care by assessing the person's care needs, considering their preferences and wishes, and working with their family and any health professionals.

An amazing day here at Farway, it started off with Monday morning milkshakes shortly followed by Lydia doing some nature crafts and helped us add our own touch to the tree. Then we had a fantastic singer in performing some Christmas music for us which we all really loved. After all of that we had some quiet time trying to conquer Christmas dingbats.β€οΈπŸŽ„πŸŽ…πŸ€Ά
