Your body has its own language, and it is communicating with you all the time… 👀

When you feel pain, tension, or discomfort, it’s not just physical… it can be your body holding onto unprocessed emotions, stress, or past experiences. 💡

A simple practice you can try 👇🏻

Gently place your hand on the area of your body that feels uncomfortable. Close your eyes, breathe, and bring your full awareness there. Instead of trying to fix it, just listen. 👂🏻

Notice what arises.

The body doesn’t always speak in words. Its messages can come through as:

✨ Sensations
✨ Emotions
✨ Thoughts
✨ Memories

You might feel a shift, a release, or simply a deeper understanding of what’s been held there.
