So often, we try to think our way through pain, stress, or feeling stuck. 💭

But healing doesn’t always begin in the mind. Sometimes, it begins deeper… in the soul. 💫

The soul communicates through sensation, energy, emotion, and intuition. It speaks through the body, through tension held for years, through fatigue that has no clear cause, through that quiet knowing that something needs to shift.
