How to relax your mind and access your intuition… 🧠😌

☁️ Deep Breathing - Take a few moments to focus on your breath. Inhale deeply through your nose, hold for a few seconds, and exhale slowly through your mouth. This calms your nervous system and clears your mind.

☁️ Nature Walks - Spend time outdoors. The sounds and sights of nature can help you disconnect from daily stress and allow your intuition to surface.

☁️ Meditation - Set aside time each day to meditate. Even a few minutes can help quiet mental chatter and create a space for intuitive insights.

☁️ Journaling - Write down your thoughts and feelings. This practice can help you process emotions and make room for intuitive thoughts to emerge.
