Merry Christmas to you all 🥰! I hope you have all had a wonderful day!

Apologies for my silence the last couple of months, we had a tough birth, a long stay in hospital, followed by a few weeks of recovery. Luckily nothing wrong with the little man, just me who had a couple of health issues, but thanks to the great team at Poole maternity I am very much on the mend and getting to grips with Mummy life 😊.

Welcome to the world Jake James Cotter, we couldn't love you more if we tried, he really is the best Christmas present we could have ever asked for, we are so so lucky 🥰🥰🥰🥰.

Thank you to all who messaged, sent cards and gifts, and especially to the family and friends who helped us through the tough times, (you know who you are😁🤩) we couldn't have done it without you! X###

It is official.......I am downing my spatulas, turning off my Kitchenaid and taking off my apron for a few months to have my lil cupcake 😍🧁!
As tough as it is being nearly 9 months pregnant in this heat, my god am I glad I'm not baking 😆, my heart goes out to all my baker friends, put those fans on guys!

I will be taking approx 6 months off, to not only get used to our little addition but also move into our new house (with a much bigger kitchen 😁😁😁😁!) Hopefully all goes to plan and I will be back bigger and better for next year!
In the meantime, if you do want to book with me for after March I will be keeping up with messages when I can so do get in touch, but it might take me a couple of days to respond 😊. I will also try to put up posts about past cakes just so you all remember me 😉!

Thank you to all who have supported me so far with business, baby and just life in general, you are all amazing! I cannot wait for this new chapter to start, and also to get back to my (much bigger 😁😁,) kitchen and creations in a few months time! Enjoy the rest of the summer cake fans and see you all properly in the Spring 🎂🍰!

DIY cake for Bob 🛠😄!

We are in the process of buying a new house at the mo, so this cake seems rather apt. A little view into our future weekends 😆!

Everything of course handmade from sugar and completely edible.

I love the story behind this wedding cake, the couple met when the groom was her postman 😍!
They wanted just a little nod to this meet cute on their wedding day, so I came up with this elegant white and gold beauty, flowers provided by the client.

I am unsure who made the mini cakes, but if it was one of you lovelies feel free to tag yourselves, they looked delish.

Love, love, love this cake 🧜‍♀️🧜‍♀️🥰🥰!

Mermaids, with a smidge of tropical were the themes of choice for Tabitha's 6th birthday. I was left to my own devices so I had a little play with some rice paper for the waves, and created a huge mermaid tail out of rkt 😁.

Party set up by the best in the business 😍!

Frozen inspired cake for Mika's 7th birthday ❄️⛄️!

Lol Doll sugar model 😊. When you get asked for a cake incorporating unicorns and Lol dolls...well you create a unicorn Lol 🦄!
