“I am so much more confident and happier since shedding the pounds 💪!” Aaron (aaron_weightloss on Instagram) has lost a life changing 12st 1lbs and counting… now 1st 4lbs away from his personal target weight, he says he couldn’t have done it without the support of his group and Consultant 🥰.

Wow what a fab day in group it was yesterday it’s so lovely welcoming new members to our group and seeing some members returning as well from there Christmas festivities,.
We lost an incredible 147lb !!!
The most amazing feeling though is handing out 1/2st awards to members in there first week like for Gemma , Sally and Jayne , seeing that smile knowing that they can eat real food and get real results it makes my day I just love my job ❤️
