About the therapist...

Gill is a fully qualified, insured and professional therapist, practicing for over 18 years. She has a wide range of life experience, from engineering to working with children and the elderly, but energy therapy has always been a consistent passion developing alongside. She brings compassion, understanding and insight to her work, and a genuine desire to assist others in unfolding their true potential. Gill works with the subtle energies of the body to enable whatever healing is most appropriate for the persons highest good at that time.

About the therapies....

Bowen Technique This is a very light touch therapy, using rolling type moves on precise points of the body, over muscles and soft tissue, to encourage energy realignment within the body and its structures. This can in turn alleviate tension and discomfort. Metamorphic Technique By working the spinal reflexes of the feet, hands and head, the practitioner allows the persons own innate intelligence to create space for whatever shifts are most appropriate at that time. It is wonderful for times in life when we feel stuck. Reiki Reiki is the channelling of universal life force energy, to wherever it is most needed, in order to clear energy blocks and rebalance the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels of our being. It is deeply relaxing and can be very transformative. Angelic Multidimensional Healing The practitioner merges energy with the Angelic and higher dimensional realms, to allow for healing to flow through on whatever level is most appropriate for the client. Angels are unrestricted by time and space, so can redress any aspects which require rebalancing and adjustment. Hopi Ear Candles The movement of warm air created inside the ear by the use of a special hollow candle, gently massages the eardrum, releasing pressure & creating a light vacuum to gently draw out excess wax and debris. This can have an energising and clearing effect to the whole head area.
