I made the exact same move a couple of years ago, and I havenโ€™t looked back. After years of struggling with my weight, gaining more it seemed, the harder I tried, being forced to listen to people saying โ€˜oh you just need to exercise and eat your 5 a day and it will come off!โ€™ I got bored of being told what to do, and only havi

ng to face my own failure, my own mirrors, and my own guilt. I finally found something which changed my life, it not only changed my figure, it changed me as a person. Finally a diet which worked for me, and with the help and support I received from my Consultant with The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan, there was no way to fail this time! I finally enjoy looking in the mirror, buying new clothes and most importantly, feeling the happiest I could ever be, at a maintainable weight and with a new attitude to life. I love to help people get their weight to where they want it to be and I can do the same for you too! I will take you through every step, every hurdle, every journey that you will face, and I promise, I will get you there, no matter how long or how hard it may be. What is a healthy waist size?
This all depends on your gender and ethnicity. For a healthy measurement, you need to aim to be less than:

80cm (31.5in) for all women
94cm (37in) for most men
