Pilates Prime
These classes are tailored to meet the unique needs of more mature individuals. We incorporate exercises that will lengthen muscles promoting better joint mobility, reduce stiffness, and enhance daily movements. Additional focus will be placed on strengthening core muscles to improve balance, stability, and posture, thereby improving overall body awareness.
Reformer Pilates for those in their Prime! Are you 65 or over? Well then, you are in your Prime. Come and join our group class. With exercises programmed to help release stuck muscles and strengthen the weaker ones. It is a low impact class – this means it is kind to joints. We have a limited number of spaces in class to ensure that you are moving in the best possible alignment and personal attention to make sure you get the most from your class.
Because strength, mobility and mindful movement matter at every stage of life.
