You might have heard about the 'Our Future Health Programme', which is the largest programme of its kind to ever take place to work on preventing, detecting and treating diseases. The programme currently has 1 million volunteers of their 5 million volunteer target. Why not join in and help this amazing programme protect your health and the health of future generations. I've joined the programme and it's just a quick questionnaire and then a 10 minute face to face health check which consists of a blood pressure check, blood test, cholesterol test and height and weight. Over the years you might be asked to participate in more health checks, but will also be provided with information in the future which might help you protect your own health.
