Wellness Wednesday 🧠 ♥️ 💡 🏃

Our sister home Queen Charlotte Nursing Home have being running a successful wellness Wednesday session for a few months now so we thought we try it out…..

This was our first session so the main aim was to understand what the residents would like to gain out of the sessions so that we can tailor them to everyone’s wants and needs 🥰
