๐ We are delighted to celebrate Carmen, who has been a valued member of the Branksome Heights Care Home team since 2017 and has been unanimously chosen as our Employee of the Month.
As our Head of Care, Carmen leads by example through her hard work, dedication, and positive energy. She is always kind, compassionate, and respectful towards residents and their families, while her friendly and approachable nature makes her a firm favourite among colleagues.
Carmen also played a vital role in supporting our new nursing team during our transition to a nursing home, demonstrating outstanding commitment, leadership, and professionalism throughout.
