Our exercise classes are designed to help you feel better, move more confidently, and build strength in a supportive, inclusive environment - suitable for all levels of ability and fitness!
โ๏ธ Balance Class: Improve stability, confidence, and reduce risk of falls and injury.
๐ Everyday Fitness Class: Focus on strength, balance, and cardio to support everyday movement and wellbeing.
๐ฆต Lower Limb OA Class: Do targeted exercises to help manage hip or knee pain (ideal for those over 45).
๐ชOpen Gym Sessions: Access our gym following an assessment with our team, to work on your personalised programme under the supervision of a gym instructor.
