Want to get stronger and move better but find standing exercises tricky? Our Seated Exercise Class could be for you. Itβs perfect if you prefer or need to exercise while seated, including wheelchair users and those with limited mobility.
Youβll do gentle, effective exercises to build strength, improve joint mobility, and boost your well being. Each session includes:

πΉ Circuit-style exercises with light equipment
πΉ Cool-down stretches
Led by experienced rehab professionals who tailor exercises to your needs for safe, comfortable progress.
