One of my favourite things at the moment is making a personalised salt scrub by choosing essential oils for/with each person who comes and chooses to have a foot bath before their reflexology treatment this month!
Ingredients: Himalayan bath salts, lavender flowers, base oil (either sweet almond or apricot kernel), and 2 essential oils from my collection.
