It’s our anniversary today!
8 years ago today we opened our doors for our first class while I was 6 months pregnant…
Just a little bit blind but dreaming a big dream, were we crazy? Yep just a little!
For all who have walked through our doors, you have all been a blessing and we are incredibly lucky to call this our job.

Our Bournemouth Yoga Studio

We are so fortunate to have our beautiful studio in the heart of Bournemouth. We love what we do and feel honoured by each student who chooses to practise with us. We founded the studio in 2018. We began teaching only hot Yoga classes. After Covid we ditched the heat and embraced a wider variety of class styles. Since then we’ve brought the heat back for some of our classes whilst continuing to offer a curated mix of Yoga styles....

We are so fortunate to have our beautiful studio in the heart of Bournemouth. We love what we do and feel honoured by each student who chooses to practise with us.
