‘Slimming World changed how I felt on the inside and out and gave me the belief I’d been missing my whole life.’ Meet Poppie, who’s lost an incredible 5st 9lbs (35.8kg) and has been named a 2026 Slimming World Icon!

After a tough trip to Disneyland Paris that left her feeling embarrassed, self-conscious and anything but magical, Poppie decided enough was enough. Our Story

Well, our story at Slimming World Westbourne is simple. Losing weight is definitely a journey, it`s a journey that has wonderful moments and also times of struggle. Trying to do this on your own....... well, I know from my own experience is impossible. This is where this wonderful group experience comes into play. Each and every one of us has struggled, each and every one of us know the highs and lows of that journey but............... together we become an incredible force of inspirational, understanding and motivation to move forward.

My aim is to help each and every member find their own individual path to success. I promise to help you make changes, feel proud and achieve results you only dreamt of.

I promise all you will find in group will be friendships, understanding and help. There will definitely not be any judgements or humiliation. Gosh that would be awful and its just not what we do. We understand.

Come on in and find out more........... after losing 5.5 stone and changing my life there is nothing I like to do more than to help others do the same.
