A spiritfull and uplifting weekend with British Wheel of Yoga Teacher Trainees 2025 ❤️

We took a deep dive into all things Yoga. Workshopping asana, an abundance of breathing & pranayama, silent meditative walk, deep enquiry into philosophy.

The whole group fell in love with Sarah Ryan (of course) incredibly lucky to have her 🙏🙏🙏

So lovely to see everyone opening up and expanding out ❤️

It truly is an honour to share my experience of yoga and know that these beautiful folk will go and share it with many, many more. Like ripples on a pond.

I count my blessings every day and teaching yoga teachers is ALWAYS on my list ❤️

This year will see the return of The Diploma Course and The Foundation Course.

Blessed, truly blessed.

SHAKTI SHIVA DANCE NIGHT! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This coming Friday….FRIDAY 9th MAY.
7pm till 8.30pm

is returning to Embrace Studios and we are super excited to hold this special event again!

She will guide us through movements and rhythms to an allow authentic freedom to flow.
The music is epic.
The destress wonderful.
The endorphins uplifting.

By the end of the session, we find a deep relaxation, serenaded by live music & the heavenly voice of Magda.

We all need to let go, we all thrive on freedom….this is the perfect place to be you.

l couldn’t have dreamt of anything as beautiful as this. Since my 20's l've had a heart felt dream to open a Yoga Studio, that dream has become real, just a sweet 8 months ago. Some studios play background music of water flowing and birds singing, we have it all for real. The blessing of being in town and yet it's so peaceful & quiet, it is amazing. BLISS. So much love for Wednesday night yogaA little belt action can bring so much strength & alignment.****We worked with Triangles tonight*** 🔺upward pointing for stability and earth connection...like a pyramid or a teepee.🔻downward pointing for energy direction...like the Chakra Symbols.The Power of Three in Yoga is so poignant.Body* Spirit * Mind.Past * Present * Future.Positive * Neutral * Negative mind.Brahma * Vishnu * Shiva.The grounding of the tripod in the feet, allowed the body to move lightly and with grace.The creativity & depth of Yoga is such a joy and a privilege to share!Blissed out & feeling grateful for so many blessings ❤️❤️❤️❤️www.embraceyogastudios.com
