What an amazing thing you did!

We raised £340 for The Salvation Army!

20 of you embraced a 2 hour yoga flow, meditation and deep breathing.

The day started with a soulful Sunrise with the Embrace Tribe. Sunset class was awesome and will bring light to those in need. Followed by Dhal & fizz with the studio team.

These two are the absolute dream team ❤️❤️
This Retreat Day will marinade you in healing & peace.

I’ve experienced their healing sessions and it completely blew me away.

Anna is light, white brilliant light, her touch and voice are pure healing. Her meditation will change your life. An authentic & gentle soul.

Dean is pure sound, his soundbaths are another level. Sound has been his path for his whole life journey, deepening into healing 20 years ago. This guy knows healing through vibration.

It will be a beautiful gathering with chants for inner and world peace.

Beginners Yoga Class! WOW!!!
Look at you! Absolutely amazing !

We have been yoga-ing together for a year now. Tonight we took a deep dive into the shoulderstand and wow, you did! You so did it!

Moments like this make my heart sing. The power of yoga never ceases to amaze me.

September we restart with the basics…..& look where it leads. Awesome ❤️❤️❤️❤️
