Something new is coming to Pinners… and I’m so excited about this one 🧶💗

Introducing our Crochet-a-long Club

Starting on 6th March - Fridays from 5.30pm until 8.30pm, this is your chance to finally learn to crochet… or build your confidence if you’ve already started.

And here’s the lovely bit…
There’s no formal “teacher”.
No pressure.
No keeping up with anyone else.

We’ll be learning together, following videos and books, supporting one another, and going at our own pace ⭐️A real ‘clubbing together on this’ feeling😊

You can pause.
Rewatch.
Ask each other.
Try again.

It’s going to be relaxed, friendly, and completely beginner-friendly 💗

We’ll meet in our hub, refreshments included of course, and enjoy a proper switch-off Friday evening where creativity takes over from the week.

We will run in three week blocks at a time. Each block is booked together.

Dates-
6th,13th & 20th March
8th, 15th & 22nd May
5th, 12th & 19th June

£25 for 3 weeks( existing clubbers)
NEW people joining us for the first time … there will be a one off additional £10 joining fee. (This includes your tote bag and handbook)

Spaces will be limited to keep it cosy and supportive, so if you’d like to join us, book online and secure your place.

What does it actually feel like to be a clubber at Pinners Award Club?

It feels like walking into a room where someone smiles because they’re genuinely pleased to see you 💗

It feels like taking a seat and not having to pretend you’ve got it all together.
You can say “I’ve had a good week” or “I’ve wobbled a bit” and either way, you’re met with encouragement ⭐️

It feels like small wins being noticed.
Like finishing that project you nearly gave up on.
Like understanding your food choices a little better.
Like reading a book you might never have picked up on your own.

It feels like badges and Award Pins that make you grin more than you expected 😆
Like pride.
Like progress.

It feels like belonging.

Our clubs are small on purpose.
So everyone has a seat.
Everyone has a voice.
Everyone matters 💗

Being a clubber isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about showing up.
Trying.
Learning.
Growing.

And doing it in a place where people want you to do well ⭐️

Thinking of everyone affected by cancer on World Cancer Day .
Sadly it's all too common .
On a personal level I give thanks to all the health professionals that helped save my husband from his 2 battles and all my dear friends who have also fought this cruel disease.

A few blankets ready to be donated to the Neo Natal unit at Royal Bournemouth Hospital 💕
This is something I have been doing for a few years since I met a lovely lady making them while waiting for our husbands who were having Radiotherapy for Prostate Cancer . I love being able to do something that others may benefit from . The next batch will be started tonight at Pinners Award Club - Weight Wise, Craft Wise & Book Wise Craft session. 🧶🖼️🎨🫟🖌️🖍️🪡🧵

I've been a bit lapse adding pictures of our creations of late. But I had to share this stunning piece of cross stitch. This was made by Lindsey , one of our amazing crafters. Isn't it gorgeous ?
