Last night , we had the first craft wise session of the week. As always , another fabulous evening of creating while having enormous fun! If you'd like to come and share this awesome "therapy" ( we aren't trained counsellors....... but have discovered that these sessions really are beneficial to our mental health) there's another opportunity tomorrow ( Weds) 11am - 1pm Pinners Award Club - Weight Wise, Craft Wise & Book Wise

These are just a few of our makes this week.
Driftwood creations, diamond art, felting , knitting , rag wreaths and I had my very first crochet lesson ! Thankyou Valerie for not giving up on me !
We have so much fun and laughter during our sessions .

Another opportunity to join in with our fabulous crafting groups tomorrow ( weds) 11.30am - 1pm Pinners Award Club - Weight Wise, Craft Wise & Book Wise

You don't have to be a craft expert either . We welcome people with all abilities. Bring your own project or you can try one we have available.
If you are trying to lose weight this can really help too ! Keeping your mind and hands occupied helps take your focus away from thinking about food . And if you are REALLY wanting to lose weight come along a bit earlier at 9.30 am and join our awesome weight loss group with the amazing support of Susie Pinner .

Alright lovely people — half term’s done, the pumpkins are packed away 🎃 and now it’s time to refocus 💚

Excited for today ...we’ve got our new Tuesday 9:30am Weight Wise Club starting, plus our usual 5:30pm and 7:00pm evening sessions! So whether you’re an early bird or an after-work warrior, there’s a seat waiting for you 🌿

We pride ourselves in keeping our clubs limited in numbers ensuring everyone feels seen and valued, so important when you are making changes to habits long term.

If you’ve fallen off track over the holidays ... draw that line today ✍️
No guilt, no drama.... just a brand-new start and a fab November ahead!
Come along, reset your goals, and remind yourself how good it feels to be in control again. You’ll leave feeling lighter in more ways than one 💫
