Whoโ€™d have thought instant Ramen Noodles could look so good ๐Ÿœ Topped with Seared Sesame Tuna and Stir Fried Broccolini ๐Ÿ˜‹ now donโ€™t get me wrong, these noodles are as simple as simple gets! And by that I mean no nutritional value other than just carbs ๐Ÿค” BUT that does not inherently make them bad. Paired with good quality protein and veg, this meal becomes pretty well balanced! ๐Ÿ’š So if youโ€™re looking for quick meal ideas with less than desirable components, have a think about how you could improve the meal as a whole and make it more nutritionally balanced, rather than focusing on individual ingredients ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ

Quick guide on how to work up to a 1 rep max for deadlifts, if you want to test safely ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ I initially planned to just film the process and ended up pulling a PB of 200kg, a weight I hadnโ€™t hit in 2.5 years ๐Ÿ˜ No specific training and months without deadlifting made this even sweeter ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ This highlights how an effective training program can transfer to many other exercises and disciplines if done well ๐Ÿ’š

Dumbbell bench press is one of my favourite exercises for chest ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ However it can be super tricky and awkward when you want to go heavy without anyone to help you ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ Ultimately, best practice is to have a spotter. But when thatโ€™s not available, here are few tips that will hopefully give you a bit more confidence if you want to press heavy, without injuring yourself! ๐Ÿ’š
