In this world filled with chaos, fear, confusion, anger, and division — the eternal play of light and darkness, good versus evil, that has unfolded across millennia — let us pause for a moment.
A moment to acknowledge and appreciate the blessings we hold in our lives, right here, right now. Even the smallest gifts, so easily overlooked, are worthy of our deepest gratitude.

I am an instrument of Yoga!
The seeds of this ancient, sacred practice were planted within me by my teachers. Through every challenge, every lesson, and every breakthrough, Yoga has been my anchor — a path that’s guided me from darkness to clarity, from resistance to grace.
What I share isn’t just technique. It’s the wisdom of lived experience. It’s the holistic philosophy I’ve embodied over years of personal practice, growth, and healing. My journey toward inner peace and spiritual awakening continues, and each class I teach is an offering from that space.
Grateful for every soul I get to share space with on the mat. Each practice is a little reminder that we’re all walking each other home, one breath at a time.

I know firsthand how self-doubt can sneak in—even when you’re a high-achiever. As a small business owner or entrepreneur, you’re juggling a hundred things: making big decisions, managing people, staying visible, and trying to keep the momentum going. Have you ever felt trapped in your own mind—held back by self-doubt, questioning your purpose, or wondering if you had pursued what truly lights you up? Maybe there was a dream you left behind, a passion you never fully explored, and now you find yourself wondering, What if?
I know that feeling deeply. No matter what I achieved, there was always something missing—real confidence, a sense of worthiness, and the belief that I was capable of more.
For years, I overthought every decision, procrastinated on my dreams, and felt completely lost. I wanted clarity, direction, and the courage to move forward, but I kept waiting for confidence to show up on its own. It never did.
What changed everything? I stopped waiting. Instead, I started creating confidence through consistent self-work, discipline, and mentorship. I learned to challenge my limitations, reframe my mindset, and step into my power. And along the way, I discovered something even more profound—growth brings joy.

MINDSET TIP: Overcoming Self-Doubt!
Ever catch yourself thinking, “I’m not ready” or “What if I fail?”? Self-doubt is one of the biggest roadblocks to success, but here’s the truth—it’s just a thought, not a fact.
Next time doubt creeps in, try this:
✅ Pause & Identify – Recognise the limiting thought.
✅ Challenge It – Ask, Is this 100% true? What evidence proves otherwise?
✅ Reframe & Act – Replace it with an empowering belief: “I am capable, and I learn by doing.”

After spending almost a lifetime working in the film industry, I was left exhausted, spiritually lost and not at peace. So I decided to go back to India, my home country on a quest to explore my spirituality and life purpose. Once there I took the opportunity and signed up to do my Yoga Teacher Training at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala. The teacher training was pretty intense and was taught in a traditional format of a yoga gurukulam, which I enjoyed and it resonated with me. It was a perfect practice for me to expand my mind, body and spirit.
The teacher training instilled spiritual awareness in me apart from learning valuable necessary skills on the mat. After the training I spent the following years developing my personal practise along with regular meditation. This I felt was challenging but an important part of the whole process, I was nurturing the seed of yoga within me. Through this process I gained life experience and knowledge on how to use yoga in my everyday life, not just on the mat but in every activity I do.
So it was important for me to make yoga simple, accessible and share my skills and knowledge with everyone.
Yoga for me is more than just a physical activity, it is the union of the mind, body and spirit, so my practice emphasises on mindfulness, physical wellness and inner peace.
ABOUT MY CLASS
I follow a simple yet highly effective Hatha Yoga practice. This style takes you back to basics, the core fundamentals of yoga and philosophy.
My classes have a strong focus on physical and mental wellbeing. I will guide you through relaxing asanas such as Savasana and Pranayama techniques before going through a series of Asanas which are done slowly and with control to stretch and strengthen the body as well as open the chakras.
My class is slow and simple but deep and challenging!
THAI YOGA MASSAGE
What is Thai Yoga Massage?
Thai Yoga Massage (TYM) uses an energy line system—the Ten Sen—through which the body's natural life force flows. Blockages in this life force cause aches, pains and disease.
The therapist uses hands, feet and elbows to apply pressure to important points on the energy lines, together with gentle stretching and applied Hatha Yoga. This releases blocked energy and frees the body's healing potential, restoring balance and harmony.
Originating in India and strongly linked to Buddhism, TYM is always practised in a meditative mood. It is said to be "the physical application of loving kindness".
How does it work?
Touch is a necessary part of our lives and is a key element in both our physical and mental health. In today's fast paced life, we often tend to lose touch with our mind and body. The therapy not only provides relaxation and feel good factor, but also creates a great possibility in people to experience wellbeing and meditative state of body and mind. These therapy sessions are continuous ongoing learning process for the giver and a receiver.
