🤕 headaches are super common and usually one of the easier issues we treat in clinic!
Shoulder and neck issues are common too and when you know the cause you can really get some good results!
Low backs are our bread and butter, sacroiliac joint dysfunction is extremely common!
You don’t need to live with it 🙂

We are back with another successful Resilient Bodies workshop! Menopause is not the end of you we promise. It can seem so daunting, especially if you don’t have the right tools to help yourself. Well, that’s where we come in!
Menopause is a transition and your body deserves support through it.

On 30th May at Patch Bournemouth, we are hosting a workshop designed to help you understand what is actually happening in your body during perimenopause and menopause and how you can navigate this phase of your life.

We will cover
• Hormonal changes and why symptoms show up
• Musculoskeletal symptoms, joint pain, stiffness and injury risk
• Strength training and movement strategies
• Nervous system regulation
• Nutrition and recovery

Here are your 5 non-negotiables:
- Reset your posture every 30 minutes
Your spine hates being stuck. Movement is medicine.
- Don’t skip your vitamin D
Especially in winter. Low levels = low mood + low energy.
- Protect your sleep
Sleep is when your body repairs. No sleep, no recovery.
- Move your heart
20 minutes. Dance. Walk. Kitchen disco. I don’t care what. Just get it beating.
- Prioritise self respect
Yes, even before everyone else.
