“I started in January and it was quite hard to start with considering so much food still left over from Christmas!
I have been a member on and off since 2019 and lost up to two stone previously.
Learning to lose weight and keep my weight off is all about planning.
Food Optimising means you don’t have to go without your favourite treats either! You just have to be honest with yourself!
The best group I’ve ever joined is Tracy’s as it’s full of support.
My biggest non scale victory at the moment is how my uniform fits me so much better than it did 3 months ago all thanks to Tracy” ❤️

“Slimming World has changed my life and health. From having a poorly heart after a heart attack to insulin dependent diabetic.
My heart is in great health now and I have reduced my cholesterol and eating much cleaner and healthier.
I have reversed my diabetes after 19 years and now I take no medication at all ….. This is huge for me! …. I thought I wouldn't be here to see my children grow up.
Now I am enjoying life, holidays and most importantly my children.
I've lost 5 stone and still going. Slimming world allows me to make fakeaways to feed the family.
We have the best support in our group from Tracy and the members. This will be a lifestyle change for life. The best thing I ever did”. X

“I started my journey the biggest I have ever been (even when I was full term with twins). I was horrified when I saw the first picture & knew something had to be done.
January 2024 I joined slimming world with Tracy ….. Best thing I did.
Our group is amazing & so supportive …. we’re like our own therapy session.
I hit my first target in November 2024, maintained for about a year when I decided to lower it a bit more. I’m now 1lb away from my next target, 4lbs away from 4 stone loss!
I couldn’t be happier “
