Laura offers Reiki treatments from a healing space in Christchurch and soon will be offering treatments from a beautiful new healing space in Winton (contact for more details), where you can come and leave all of the stresses of your day behind and enjoy a

deeply relaxing and calming treatment. Reiki (pronounced 'ray-key') is a gentle energy therapy which helps trigger the body's relaxation response, which in turn allows the body and mind to unwind and re-balance.Although Reiki is not a traditional Hindu practice, the concept of Reiki was discovered in Japan by Dr Mikao Usui, in the early 1920's. Dr Usui was a Buddhist Monk and worked to develop the practice and principles of Reiki, which have now been taught world wide.

🌿☕️✨ Working with the plant spirits in a gentle herbal tea blend, including herbs used throughout the ages to enhance dreaming and insights, to nourish and support the physical and Etheric body, this DREAM TiME healing meditation will be helping us to call our energies back from far and wide, and grounding and anchoring ourselves into the Earths vibration 💫😌🪻💭✨🌍

✨🪽If you feel called to do so….you will be invited to pull a card for yourself to meditate with, the cards will be giving guidance on your Soul path for the year ahead, then you’ll be guided into simple ceremonial tea drinking (tea is optional 🙏🏻🌿…) and held in the space to meditate and receive healing through guided voice, and therapeutic sound….✨💛🪽🔥🌎🪻🌿🫶🏻✨☕️😌

🌈 Teaching First Degree Usui Reiki Ryoho at the wonderful Bournemouth support centre has been a beautiful process….and such a treat, there are some incredible human beings out there and as I teach the gentle Reiki self-healing method, they teach me about courage, love and strength 🙏🏻🌈⭐️

Wessex Cancer Trust is an amazing charity offering free support across Hampshire & Dorset for anyone with cancer or affected by cancer 🥰 Support can be simply dropping into the centre for a chat and a cuppa ☕️ it could be counselling or complementary therapies, or one of the many support groups from walking, to crafting to MenTalk ✨🫶🏻✨

✨DiSTANCE HEALING WORKSHOP

For all level 2 and above reiki practitioners, a Saturday morning distance healing workshop.

In person at The Bridge Centre Littledown BH7

This workshop will look at the distance healing symbol taught at level 2 Usui Reiki Ryoho and the various methods you can use to incorporate this symbol into your healing practice for self and others 🌀💙 it will be an immersive morning for anyone wanting to recap and explore the distance healing methods.

We will complete a beautiful self-healing meditation of the inner-child using the distance healing symbol.

I will also be offering a group reiju (empowerment) which is a lovely way to reopen and reconnect to that beautiful flow of reiki, similar to an attunement but completed as a group, a powerful way to boost and revitalise your energy 😍🙏🏻

The distance healing symbol holds a unique vibration for connection and can be used in so many ways ❤️

Earth Day 😌🌿 a most beautiful reminder to connect with the planet we live on 🙏🏻💚🌎

Rituals, ceremonies, sacred rites…..all wonderful tools of connection & ways to act out the energetic connection which underlies our whole existence - what sort of ritual/practice/ceremony will you carry out today….?? 🌿

Here’s a v simple ritual you can do on earth day (or any day!):

Place your palms to the Earth, close your eyes, breathe steady, feel, and say ‘The Buddha in me bows to the Buddha in you’ 🙏🏻🌿🌎 when we recognise our connection with our planet, there can be no real separation, only love✨✨

✨ Reiki is the great connector, not only does reiki bring you back to yourself, it allows you to channel the universal vibration of life force energy…(aka reiki) - which is present in all of nature, in every natural thing 🙏🏻✨ Horses and other animals easily sense the reiki - children too….it’s often adult humans who need to shed a few layers of conditioned armour in order to reconnect with this beautiful natural healing energy 😍🙏🏻✨
