RedReiki is a local business based in Bournemouth, Dorset, run by Laura Evans who is a Reiki Master Teacher of the Usui Shiki Ryoho teachings. Laura offers Reiki treatments from a healing space in Christchurch and soon will be offering treatments from a beautiful new healing space in Winton (contact for more details), where you can come and leave all of the stresses of your day behind and enjoy a

deeply relaxing and calming treatment. Reiki (pronounced 'ray-key') is a gentle energy therapy which helps trigger the body's relaxation response, which in turn allows the body and mind to unwind and re-balance.Although Reiki is not a traditional Hindu practice, the concept of Reiki was discovered in Japan by Dr Mikao Usui, in the early 1920's. Dr Usui was a Buddhist Monk and worked to develop the practice and principles of Reiki, which have now been taught world wide.

✨🫶🏻✨There is going to be another beautiful DREAM TiME meditation this month on Sunday 21st January evening at 7:45pm in the Bad Hand studio ✨🌼🌿☕️🥳

🌿☕️✨ Working with the plant spirits in a gentle herbal tea blend, including herbs used throughout the ages to enhance dreaming and insights, to nourish and support the physical and Etheric body, this DREAM TiME healing meditation will be helping us to call our energies back from far and wide, and grounding and anchoring ourselves into the Earths vibration 💫😌🪻💭✨🌍

✨🪽If you feel called to do so….you will be invited to pull a card for yourself to meditate with, the cards will be giving guidance on your Soul path for the year ahead, then you’ll be guided into simple ceremonial tea drinking (tea is optional 🙏🏻🌿…) and held in the space to meditate and receive healing through guided voice, and therapeutic sound….✨💛🪽🔥🌎🪻🌿🫶🏻✨☕️😌

🌈 Teaching First Degree Usui Reiki Ryoho at the wonderful Bournemouth support centre has been a beautiful process….and such a treat, there are some incredible human beings out there and as I teach the gentle Reiki self-healing method, they teach me about courage, love and strength 🙏🏻🌈⭐️

Wessex Cancer Trust is an amazing charity offering free support across Hampshire & Dorset for anyone with cancer or affected by cancer 🥰 Support can be simply dropping into the centre for a chat and a cuppa ☕️ it could be counselling or complementary therapies, or one of the many support groups from walking, to crafting to MenTalk ✨🫶🏻✨
