Good Morning! Started my Saturday off with a early walk in the forest with Ziggy, the birds were singing beautifully and the coolness in the air was a treat. The forest is such a magickal place and a place where my brain and nervous system knows it can just be.

I’ve been quiet on here and in life with Sacred Spirals as it’s felt needed, things have felt stuck & heavy, I’ve been going through some personal changes that have needed my full attention, things are moving to the better and it will mean that I have more time for 1 to 1s, new workshops and markets.. and reiki training.
