Wishing all our families and the community a wonderful, restful, Easter weekend.
Your child’s behaviour is communication.
When we look beneath the action, we find the feeling — and the need.
Swipe through to explore three common behaviours and what they might really be telling you.
Save this for when you need a calm reminder. 💛

Parenting a neurodiverse child can be deeply rewarding — and incredibly exhausting. 💛
If you’ve ever questioned whether you’re doing “enough,” this one’s for you.
Our March blog explores:
✨ Being kinder to yourself as a parent
✨ Why understanding your child changes everything
✨ How CBT-based approaches support neurodiverse children so effectively
You are strong. You are amazing. And you don’t have to do this alone.
We’re also excited to share that our Parent Training session on 25th April is now open for booking after February and March sold out.
Storms are part of life.
The difficult days, the uncertainty, the moments that test our patience and strength.
But those moments also shape us.
Every challenge we move through builds resilience, awareness and inner strength.
Take a breath today and remember — even if the storm feels heavy right now, it will pass.
And the strength you gain from it will stay with you. 🌿

From doom-scrolling → intentional scrolling
Mindfulness right now isn’t about quitting social — it’s about changing how we use it.
You don’t need a digital detox persay, you need a digital intention. Try these suggestions or the below, before your next scroll 👇
Maybe, before you open an app today, pause for 3 seconds and ask:
👉 Why am I here?
To learn?
To connect?
To rest?
Scrolling with intention turns social media from noise into nourishment.
Mindfulness isn’t logging off — it’s logging in on purpose.
💬 Comment “INTENTIONAL” if you’re trying this today.

We carry so much in our minds without noticing.
Thoughts, worries, plans, stories — held all day long.
Mindfulness isn’t about forcing calm.
It’s about noticing when you’re holding the cup…
and gently setting it down.
Pause here. Take one breath.
You can come back to this moment anytime. 🤍

Our aim is to empower people to develop the appropriate emotional intelligence skills to fulfil their own potential.
We work primarily with children, whilst also supporting adults in various capacities such as teachers, parents and business managers. Using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Mindfulness, we help individuals to understand their own emotions, manage stress, build internal resilience, develop good social relationships and strong self-confidence. Emotional intelligence (EQ), unlike IQ, can be learnt and includes self-regulation, empathy and resilience. Researchers have found that people with high EQ are more happy and successful as they cope better with the stresses and strains of everyday life.
We run after-school clubs in both private and state schools as well as holiday camps and one-to-one coaching for those who need it. We teach useful NLP and Mindfulness tools and techniques to help children be more positive, more resilient, to relax and be more thoughtful of others. We help them understand that they are unique and special in this world and they can ‘choose’ how they react to different situations. We discuss the effects of bullying and how people feel who are being bullied, and how the bully themselves is feeling. We also build up their self-esteem by teaching them to love themselves and be proud of their achievements.
In addition, we offer a variety of adult workshops and one-to-one sessions as EQ skills can be improved and developed throughout our lives. Our workshops aim to help individuals improve their communication skills, manage their stress triggers, cope with stress and anxiety, develop positive habits, increase empathy and live in the moment.
