Did you know you can massage scar tissue?

Regularly massaging scar tissue can help to relieve restriction and tethering to muscle or bone in the area surrounding the scar, breakdown build up of scar tissue, and reduce discomfort or itching in the site of the scar.

This client of mine had a degloving accident and regular massage has helped with all of the above, plus improved blood flow to the area, reduced swelling and enhanced movement.

Nicky was excellent throughout the booking and organising of the pamper party. She was flexible to the requirements of the hen party and a pleasure to liaise with. On the day, Nicky arrived promptly and created a professional set up in the home with massage beds, luxurious products and relaxing music. All the girls enjoyed their treatments (facials, massages and manicures). Once finished, Nicky and her team tidied up and left the room as she found it. I would highly recommend Nicky and her team. Lovely feedback from Becky who I was unable to treat during lockdown due to restrictions in place. I was able to talk her through different techniques to try on herself with self massage and she had fantastic results and was pain free after a week of self massage.
