Gua Sha 🖤

An amazing tool for the face 💆🏻‍♀️

Why?

I use the gua sha to push the products deeper into the skin making them more effective, they are also a great tool to use to destress the facial muscles and help release the fascia. This can produce a more ‘lifted’ and relaxed effect. Gua sha is used to ‘sculpt’ the face, jaw and cheekbones. Gua sha is also used to massage the face and drain lymphatic fluid reducing puffiness. The gua sha can be used to ‘erase’ fine lines. So many uses and benefits. I personally use a stainless steel gua sha and a rose quartz gua sha 🩷

I’m a fully qualified iTEC Level 3 Reflexologist and Member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). I currently work from home in my treatment space and I’m happy work mobile too so if you would prefer a treatment in your own home just ask 🏡

I am fully qualified in traditional foot reflexology, facial reflexology, maternity reflexology (including fertility and post natal), spa reflexology, menopause reflexology and I also offer the Zone Face Lift (not surgical facelift using my hands and a gua sha!)

I am also trained in Basic Auriculotherapy and Ear seeds which I can also offer mobile.
