Buccal massage is a method that’s been around for awhile. Thanks to social media, it has recently become very popular. Buccal involves using thumb and fingers to massage the inside and outside of your mouth and cheeks. It’s particularly effective for those wanting to soften facial expression lines on the lower face, re-contour the nasolabial area, ease TMD (temporomandibular disorder) and relieve sinus discomfort.
This treatment it’s incredibly relaxing and calming, involves aromatherapy and algae mask.

Ear candling is an alternative approach for removing earwax. It involves placing a lit, hollow candle in your ear to create a low-level vacuum that softens earwax and pulls it out, along with other impurities.
