I’ve had some interesting discussions more recently on some Pilates forums. Who knows if reformer came from German wartime soldiers bedridden or not but the pics below prove interesting viewing. In my mind (and we are all entitled to our own opinion) I do feel as a qualified therapist this apparatus is a very important part of my Studio ! The benefits I’ve seen have been immense. From ill health to sports injuries it never ceases to amaze me what can be done. ☺️
