Moorland Massage & Reflexology I provide client focused holistic therapies using various massage therapy and reflexology techniques. My name is Adele & I run Moorland Massage & Reflexology.

I offer a range of Massage Therapy & Reflexology treatments tailored to your individual needs, from a beautiful & relaxing treatment room in Bovey Tracey. I have ITEC diploma qualifications in Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Injury Rehabilitation, Stretches & Strengthening & advice. I also hold an ITEC diploma qualification in Stone Therapy Massage. And I also hold a diploma in Clinical Reflexology. I have previously worked for the NHS as a Senior Audiologist, & therefore have experience in wider healthcare environments, & dealing with clients with complex needs. I am a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), I am a Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) registered practitioner, & a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR). I use natural & organic products during all of my treatments at no extra cost. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss which treatments may be appropriate for you, or just for some advice.
