☔️Another day, another storm.
The river has well and truly burst its banks, and with many road closures in place, I took a long run route (made longer by being unable to cross the river) to check on the studio.
The ground floor has sadly flooded, (luckily we are on the first floor!)
Tomorrow (Wednesday) classes expected to run unless you hear otherwise.
Please take care travelling to and from the studio.

Join us in marking this special day with a sauna circle at .sauna where we will emerge from our winter hibernation by stretching in the heat, cleansing in the river, breathing by the fire and setting intentions for the lighter months ahead.

How many for 2026??
~ I grew up in Devon, learnt to swim in a river, so to me ‘wild’ swimming is enjoying bodies of water outside in the wild… I will keep supporting the right to access, clean, un-polluted water in which to swim, dip and re-set my mind 🫶 thank you .2roam and others who tirelessly campaign for access to our rivers and seas.
Why the tally? A little healthy competition within my family ☺️
