SUP Yoga on the Lily Lake is back.
On the first Saturday of each month, we take to the water with Pretzl Yoga for something a little different.

Slow stretches. Gentle movement. Balance and breath.
All floating on the calm waters of our Lily Lake, surrounded by trees, sky and complete stillness.

Anna’s first session of the season will be on Saturday 14th March, then we settle into our regular first Saturday of every month rhythm.

This is not about perfect poses.
It is about being present.
If you are looking for wellness events in Devon, outdoor yoga near Exeter, or simply a peaceful way to start your weekend, this one is special.

Spaces are limited.
Booking in advance is essential.
