Acts of kindness are free. No matter what’s going on, we’re all valid people. Through tough times, people come together to help and support each other — and their pets too.

Everyone deserves to be looked after, even the dogs. No one should ever charge or look down on someone who’s having a hard time when their only companion is the love of a dog.

I teamed up with Pets at Their Best to give this wonderful pooch a spa day. An act of human kindness can make a huge difference in someone’s life, and kindness is free. We need more people like you and your team.

While still at Pets at Their Best, after his groom, he played with the other dogs. He even ended up on a date, got himself a girlfriend, and brought home dog food and treats.

Kindness costs nothing, but it can mean everything. 🐾💛 .

When something shifts inside…

We begin to see our patterns, beliefs, and energy pathways in a new light. The body, our home in this life, starts realigning in ways that optimize wellbeing.

Challenges that once blocked us now dissolve. By following the natural flow of energy instead of overthinking, obstacles become stepping stones.

I’m no longer running from the internet, I’m embracing it, enjoying it, just as I enjoy this shift.

Life becomes less about struggle and more about ease, grace, and alignment. Step into the flow and feel it.

As we ride into the Year of the Fire Horse, it feels like a powerful and magical moment to bring out my sacred red kite wings — wings that have been in preparation for this very moment.

As I sit here, I feel into the energy they hold — strong, bold, untamed. I feel blessed by the magical force within them. There is fire here. Courage here. Expansion here.

They’ve been drying, resting, transforming for over a year… and now they rise.

I honour these red kite wings 🦅spiritually. They are not just feathers — they are medicine, a gift that came to me, something entrusted, something sacred. I hold them with reverence and deep gratitude.

Fire Horse energy is bold, passionate, untamed. It doesn’t ask for permission. It moves. It ignites. It runs toward its truth.

These wings symbolise spreading wide, stepping fully into my true self, and allowing the fire within to lead.

We are closing a spiritual year that challenged many of us in ways we didn’t expect

If this past year cracked you open… it was meant to.
It was never here to be comfortable.
It was here to awaken you.

The Year of the Snake has been intense.
Relationships shifted. Truths surfaced. Plans unraveled.
Some dreams ended. Some illusions dissolved.
What we tried to ignore could no longer stay hidden.

This was a year of shedding.

Shedding old patterns.
Shedding attachments that had quietly expired.
Shedding the version of yourself that no longer fits who you are becoming.

It may have felt like a death.
And in truth, it was also a rebirth.

Growth is not always gentle.
Sometimes it confronts you.
Sometimes it strips you back.
The Snake asked for honesty. It asked you to rebuild from within.

These final days before 17th February matter ☄️🔥

Pause.

Who were you this time last year?
What have you outgrown?
What are you finally ready to release?

Write it down. The guilt. The habits. The stories. The attachments.
Then tear the paper. Burn it. Bury it. Let it go intentionally.

If emotions rise, let them.
You are not grieving failure.
You are honouring your evolution.

On 17th February 2026, we move into the Year of the Horse 🐎

Where the Snake was slow, deep, and transformative,
the Horse brings movement, momentum, and forward motion.

Energy shifts.

Everything is energy, including your thoughts.

The mind is such a fascinating place. Every thought you think and every feeling you feel sends signals throughout your entire body. Your inner world is constantly communicating with your outer world.

When you become mindful of your thoughts, you begin to understand just how powerful you are. Positive thinking is not about pretending everything is perfect. It is about consciously choosing thoughts that empower rather than limit you.

We all carry patterns, behaviours, and beliefs shaped by past experiences. But those patterns are not permanent. When you gently break down limiting beliefs and replace them with new, supportive ones, you shift your energy. And when your energy shifts, so does your life.

Clearing negativity does not mean ignoring it. It means acknowledging it, learning from it, and choosing a higher response. Turning reactive patterns into intentional, positive behaviours is where true growth happens.

Your mind is powerful.
Your energy is powerful.
Be mindful of what you allow to live there.

Don’t take time to hurt your body.
You only get one vessel in this lifetime.

Even on this rainy day outside, Pilates, stretching, and gentle mobilisation can be powerful ways to wake the body back up. Movement allows energy to flow through tight muscles, releases built-up tension, and helps realign the spine—resetting and refreshing the body physically.

Goodbye, 2025.

This year wasn’t gentle but it was transformative.

2025 pulled me deep into healing and truth. Old patterns surfaced, core wounds were heard, and there were moments my body and mind completely gave in chronic pain, fatigue, feeling broken in every way.

Surrender changed everything.

The second half of the year became about rebuilding slow, intentional, and on a whole new level.
I discovered a natural way to reboot my body and learned that real healing comes from listening, not forcing.

There was beauty too. Watching Olivia & Luke get married.
The honour of serving with Amma.

And community became medicine working together at the Food Bank, supporting people in need, sharing kindness, and remembering that we all matter.

Beau reminded us what it means to be a fighter. Despite losing the use of his back legs, he’s still with us present, resilient, and living his life 🤍

We celebrated. We served. We grieved. We lost beautiful souls who remain in our hearts.

2025 closes with me rebuilding, redefining who I am, and completing a nine-year cycle.

Entering 2026, I’m shedding what no longer belongs. Letting go of what isn’t aligned. Making space for what’s real.
allowing the new to come in.

New year. New energy.
Not perfect just honest and aligned.
