Goodbye, 2025.

This year wasn’t gentle but it was transformative.

2025 pulled me deep into healing and truth. Old patterns surfaced, core wounds were heard, and there were moments my body and mind completely gave in chronic pain, fatigue, feeling broken in every way.

Surrender changed everything.

The second half of the year became about rebuilding slow, intentional, and on a whole new level.
I discovered a natural way to reboot my body and learned that real healing comes from listening, not forcing.

There was beauty too. Watching Olivia & Luke get married.
The honour of serving with Amma.

And community became medicine working together at the Food Bank, supporting people in need, sharing kindness, and remembering that we all matter.

Beau reminded us what it means to be a fighter. Despite losing the use of his back legs, he’s still with us present, resilient, and living his life 🤍

We celebrated. We served. We grieved. We lost beautiful souls who remain in our hearts.

2025 closes with me rebuilding, redefining who I am, and completing a nine-year cycle.

Entering 2026, I’m shedding what no longer belongs. Letting go of what isn’t aligned. Making space for what’s real.
allowing the new to come in.

New year. New energy.
Not perfect just honest and aligned.

After spending five days in the grace of Amma, I feel myself softening into a deeper path of divinity — a path guided by flow, prasad, and seva.

I allow the energy within me to rise, awaken, and move freely. As it does, it clears old pathways and patterns, creating space for something truer to emerge. In offering myself to service, I also receive healing. The gift of seva is not only what we give, but what opens inside us as we give.

I feel the universe gently guiding me ever closer to Amma’s grace — inviting me to rest in it, grow through it, and be continually held and transformed in Amma’s presence for the last few days.

I open myself to be fully present, resting in the purest essence of Amma’s divinity over these past days — receiving blessings and prasad, and offering prasad Amma with a heart of devotion and gratitude. ❤️

✨ Dropping back into myself ✨

Allowing myself to truly drop in — to feel my physical body, my energetic body.
To listen. To ask… what’s working? What’s not? What are you trying to tell me?

For so long, modern medicine told me, “There’s nothing more to do. You’re just tired.”
Chronic fatigue. Fibromyalgia. MCAS.
I was doing everything “right,” but something was still missing.

Then one day, I stopped fighting. I got out of my own way.
I let go of the comfort blanket and the protection I’d built.
I trusted the pull off divine energy within me — and surrendered.

Slowly, my body began to wake up again.
The energy started to move.
After years of Groundhog Days, I began piecing myself back together
awakening, growing stronger, coming back to life. 🌿

If you’re in that space of exhaustion, please know — it’s not the end.
Sometimes healing begins when we finally listen and trust our own energy.
