I am holding a summer block of Physio led Pilates at the Gaelic college every Thursday night starting tomorrow night for 4 weeks and I have a few spaces left if anyone would be interested in trying, alternatively if you can’t make the 4 weeks but would be keen to come along to one or two I can try and fit you in when I know someone else can’t make it!

Physio Led Pilates 🧘🏼‍♀️

I started back doing Physio Led Pilates in Bowmore at the end of last year and I am planning on doing another 8 week block again in the New Year starting on the 16th January. Currently the 6pm and 7pm classes are full but I am just putting the feelers out to see if there is enough interest in an 8pm class.
