Bit of Ice Axe practice. We did a winter skills day with fell top assessors a couple of years ago, but the conditions weren't very wintery that day (still excellent, highly recommend), so it's good to test the skills (on safe areas without massive drops).

We are now offering Radial Shockwave in the clinic.
Don't know what Shockwave is? This video is a little explainer.
Initial appointments will be booked with Physiotherapists Hazel or Verity, and follow ups can also be with James or Claire.
Shockwave is not a solution alone and does need to be used alongside exercises.
