Last midweek lake dip for a while.

On Monday I am heading out on placement at RLI as part of my physiotherapy degree.

My working hours will be limited during this time and I am reserving them for existing patients only.

Very much looking forward to learning new things and being involved in a different environment but sad to be away from the clinic.

I’ll be working in Bowness on Saturdays and at our home treatment room in Endmoor on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (all bookable online).

Thank you for putting on such a fun evening.

I wore the Supertrac Speed RC with 7mm lugs and a 3mm heel-toe drop. They were super grippy on a muddy 4 mile fell run this evening. A snug fit (which I like) which holds your foot and allows a good connection to the ground.

I also used Tikka lightweight and packs 600 lumens which was ample for this evenings play date 💡💡💡

Ended up doing my ‘long run’ in two halves today.

After doing a shorter run this morning I Looked at the forecast for tomorrow and thought ‘Hell, no’. So borrowed Mr Rufus and headed out for some end of day miles to top up my morning miles.

Not something I do often but had to get every moment of the sunshine ☀️ whilst it lasted.

14 miles and 800 + meters ticked off in training for the 3 Peaks Fell Race.
