Last Saturday🎙️

We held our first seminar of 2026, what a great turnout!

Coach Con led the way with Goal Setting:
Knowing your ‘why’ and how this is important, as it helps the process on how you will achieve those goals💪

It is a constant cycle of reaching your goals and resetting long term habits

We grabbed some ☕️🍪 and then Coach Ro held an open and informative discussion on the weight-loss injection

Facts were shared, covering the pro’s and con’s

It’s important to us that all our members should feel informed and not judged, supported and guided, along with long-term habits

Thank you all for coming along, listening and participating, it was an awesome way to kick start 2026!

The definition of perseverance!💪

Jane has never let age or injury define her
Through determination and trust in the process, she’s gradually built up running from 20seconds to a solid 20 minutes nonstop

How has she achieved this?…

✅seeking guidance from the coaches
✅committing to consistent rehab
✅managed a knee injury while training 3x per week ✅steady, progressive training

Alongside this, Jane has made small, mindful changes to her nutrition, nothing restrictive, just conscious habits. As a result she has lost 1.2 stone between June and December

She’s a pleasure to coach and a loved member;
➡️always eager to improve
➡️never allowing barriers to stand in her way

The year ahead is looking incredibly promising as Jane is working towards a Doubles ATHX mid-year!
