FEB MEMBER OF THE MONTH - Jess🫡

The majority of people loose motivation with the dark mornings and cold nights

Jess did the opposite

When she started the quarter:
•Nutrition wasn’t consistent
•Lacked confidence
•Results felt slower than they should

She decided to build structure to her training which helped with her motivation and accountability

Here are her results:
😃 Confidence has soared
⬇️ 9lbs down in 9 weeks
🔒 Nutrition locked in with a structured meal prep plan
💪Progression with strength

Jess has been consistent through the toughest months of the year, which is admirable
To see her confidence grow has been the biggest win for us - it’s about all round progression

Welcome to the new LB 2.5🥳

What we had before worked but this has transformed our dream space into something more spacious, professional and incredible looking

Members of LB and those of you that join us each week we hope you like it

Seeing it in pictures doesn’t quite do it justice

We are so proud and have never come across a gym so aesthetically pleasing

And the best part, we haven’t even opened the doors for the summer yet😍

Alessia is running to raise money for the MS Society, and we are coming together on Saturday 4th April to support her 🧡

This fundraiser event is open to the whole community; members, non-members, family and friends.
