Just BE Sound and Movement Therapy is run by Alison Heaslewood who has received training in Sound and Movement Therapy from the British Academy of Sound Therapy. With five years vocal training she enjoys bringing soothing vocals into her sound sessions along with other percussion. She creates nurturing and relaxing spaces for anyone seeking out a space to Just BE. Alison also co-hosts Mantra Meditations and retreats with Monica from Luna Sound and Energy, under their joint name The Berkshire Sound Therapists. Following a five year episode of chronic pain in her twenties and a diagnosis of fibromyalgia, Alison turned to alternative methods of healing, including Sound Therapy. Along with sound, movement was instrumental in her full recovery and as well as offering sound journeys, she holds separate sessions to weave sound and movement together.

David recently reinvented himself from Nomadic Therapist to .didge.guy - can you guess why 😉 ?
We’re excited to have him with us building the amazing structure for our event, managing tech, playing some of his unique sound, and steering a Community Music Creation - inviting us to contribute some sound to a collective piece.

Since joining our dances a couple of years ago, David has bought his many talents of playing the didgeridoo, handpan, drum and bowls to our events, and more recently he’s been crafting his own unique music and soundscapes which he shares at his own Sound Baths around Marlborough and Avebury. You can also find him on SoundCloud.

Check out his awesome Instagram page which gives a flavour of his many adventures with Earth energies, creating music and being in nature. He also leads meditations, walks and teaches dowsing.
