Baby Classes with A Mother World:

When you become a mother, you’re suddenly in another world - A Mother World. I get it. You’re not quite you, you feel out of place at the big sensory style classes. Well, me too when I had my babies.

That’s why I created baby classes that are as much about you as baby. A place for you to relax, talk, bring the focus back to you, to meet friends and bond with your baby whilst encouraging their normal development.

September’s Baby Massage courses on Thursday and Friday are now fully booked! 🥰 I’m so excited to be welcoming 12 wonderful mums and 13 gorgeous babies (including one set of twins!) to the A Mother World Hub.

Even more special…6 of these mums I supported during their pregnancies, and now I get to support them again with their little ones 💕

It’s such a privilege to be there for mums in those first precious months. Baby massage is so much more than a class. It’s a space for connection, support, making friends and building memories.

Grace and baby O popped back to the hub recently for a catch up, and told me her baby massage group are still in regular contact (even though they’re all back at work!) and are now attending each baby’s 1st birthday parties!

I feel so proud to have created a baby group where not only you learn baby massage techniques, but it really is a a special place for you to relax, be honest, bond with your baby, celebrate you, and make real friendships.

That’s why so many mummy’s come back again and again!

I love helping others to have the birth they choose. When you realise what you’re capable of, how birth works, what your options and rights are…and so much more.

Birth Coaching + Hypnobirthing really does cover it all and I WISH this was what all antenatal courses had but sadly not. Not at all.

Big news… I’m changing my job title!

When I started this journey nearly 3 years ago, I trained as a Hypnobirthing teacher. But over time, something shifted. What I share with my clients has grown into so much more than just Hypnobirthing.

Yes, Hypnobirthing will always be a part of my work but what I offer now is about so much more:

It’s empowerment
It’s making informed choices
It’s being in control
It’s a strong birth team
It’s listening and supporting you

I’ve realised my role is no longer just teaching techniques to stay calm and relaxed, and it never really has been.

Coaching, guiding, supporting, and being your biggest cheerleader… pregnancy and beyond.

I also want to step away from some of the negativity and misconceptions around Hypnobirthing, so my title now reflects what I truly do.

From today, I’m proud to call myself a Birth Coach.

Here to coach you, support you, draw on my counselling skills, my empathy, my knowledge, and help you feel confident and find your empowerment for one of the most important experiences of your life.
