Eat right for your type

What is the blood type diet?

As the name suggests, the blood type diet is a diet that’s based on your blood type.
What you eat around your blood type is also believed to reduce the amount of food the body stores away as fat, which in turn, may lead to a fewer health issues.
The Blood type diet is based on that we should consume what our ancestors consumed with the same blood type all those years ago.

For instance people with blood type O who were hunter-gatherers and ate meat so they should focus on eating lots of protein, like one would in a paleo or low carbohydrate diet.

People with blood type A were vegetarian farmers so they should eat a meat-free diet based on fruits and vegetables, beans, legumes, and whole grains. Ideally, organic and fresh, because people with type A blood have a sensitive immune system.

Type B blood were nomad.
They should avoid corn, wheat, buckwheat, lentils, tomatoes, peanuts, and sesame seeds. Chicken is also problematic. They should be eating green vegetables, eggs, certain meats, and low-fat dairy.

People with type AB blood are tend to have low stomach acid so they should focus on eating tofu, seafood, dairy, and green vegetables. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and smoked or cured meats.

1. Probiotics

An imbalance of the healthy bacteria in your gut can lead to oral thrush and a white tongue coating. Taking probiotic supplements and eating probiotic foods helps balance the bacteria in your gut and treat health conditions that are related to candida.

2. Baking Soda

One of the many baking soda uses is its ability to exfoliate the tongue, removing any residue that causes white tongue, and maintain good pH levels in mouth.

3. Coconut Oil Pulling

Coconut oil pulling is one of the best ways to remove bacteria from the mouth. This oral detoxification is commonly used in Ayurvedic medicine. Its purify the entire system. The oil sucks the debris and toxins out of your mouth and creates a clean, antiseptic oral environment.

4. Sea Salt

There are many benefits of sea salt, including its natural antibacterial activities, so by gargling and swishing sea salt with water, you can eliminate bacteria and debris that causes white tongue.

5. Aloe Vera Juice

Aloe vera has antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties. It also contains enzymes that help to remove dead cells and promote the regeneration of skin tissue. To remove the white coating on your tongue, swish one tablespoon of aloe vera juice in your mouth two to three times a day until the coating has disappeared.

6. Garlic

Garlic’s antifungal activity makes it an effective natural treatment for white tongue. Research shows that allicin, one of the active compounds in garlic, demonstrates anticandidal effects and may be just as effective as fluconazole, a drug that’s used to treat fungal infections, including yeast infections of the mouth.

7. Oregano Oil

Oregano oil has antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, antiparasitic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It serves as a natural antibiotic, so you can avoid white tongue that’s caused by conventional antibiotic drugs.

Constipation and depression
What is the link?
💩🔁🧠

Up to a third of people with depression have chronic constipation or vice versa.

Bowel and gut issues are often reported by people with mental health problems as a massive factor in the quality of life.
Chronic constipation is uncomfortable and can cause sleeplessness, pain, as well as accompanying feeling of shame and embarrassment.

For people with depression, gastrointestinal distress is a common additional burden.
Our GUT has a strong connection with our brain by numerous chemical messengers called neurotransmitters.

While the exact cause is unknown, there are several factors that may play a role.
These include bacterial infections, inflammation, poor immune function, and an altered gut-brain axis.
Stress is also a contributing factor.

Strong evidence also points to low levels of the neurotransmitter serotonin. Along with playing a role in mood, serotonin also affects how fast food moves through the gut.

Beyond medication, there are several techniques that may help lower your stress and get things moving. Many of them are simple changes you can try at home such as

➡️Increase your water intake
➡️Avoid sugar, high carb and processed foods
➡️Eat more fiber
➡️Limit your dairy intake
➡️Avoid stress
➡️Sleep at least 7-8 hours
➡️Practice Yoga
➡️Exercises daily
➡️Do deep breathing

By healing your microbiome you can achieve

In many of my posts I’ve said that every disease begins in the gut and that there is a strong connection between our GUT and our brain and I’m truly believe in that.
Not just because I have learned about it and there are tons of scientific studies that prove it but because I have been there and I have experienced the whole thing.
By the right diet and lifestyle changes you can heal your microbiome and become a healthy and happy individual 🫶 ✔️ 💩 ✔

Hi everyone!
I’m a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist specialised in Digestive and Hormonal Health and in the recognition of the connection between diseases and its impact of the person's physical, mental and emotional states.
Instead of treating the symptoms alone.

I examine the whole person, their body and mind from the moment they concieved and throughout their whole life.

Childhood traumas, griefs, insecurities and certain lifetime events can make a huge effect on a person's life, their behaviour, self-esteem and in a lot of other aspect but most importantly on the state of their health.

Therefore, a comprehensive analysis of the person is crucial in the aid of suspection, recognition and the verification of the connection of all the signs and symptoms.

I always make sure that my clients understand the reason why their physical/mental health turned into the wrong direction in order to explain them what their body is going through and how together we can find the best possible solution to heal their body, mind and soul at the same time.

I'm helping my clients to find, address and cure the root and underlying cause of their health issues.

My aim is to support, educate and motivate people through their journey towards the right path to achieve their overall health and wellbeing by taking small steps at a time.

I believe that the food we put into our body has a strong effect on our health, well-being, mind and quality of life.

My passion in nutrition has been deep-rooted having been through health challenges myself. I suffered from multiple health conditions since I was a child. For that reason, I decided to become a Health Practitioner to be able to heal myself and help others.

I graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine of London specialising in nutrition from a holistic and science-based approach, incorporating human anatomy and physiology, pathology, biochemistry, clinical skills and nutritional science.

I have also performed 2 years of supervised clinical observation and practice prior to qualifying.

The wide range of knowledge I gained during my study and my personal experience led me to the understanding and the management of the body’s hormonal, physical and emotional changes.

I work 1:1 with clients with a diverse range of conditions and health goals in order to support them back to good health.

Consultations conducted online and in person at a home based clinic in Bracknell and in Wokingham at The Wokingham Therapy Clinic.

Why do you keep getting health problems?

At least 70% of the population is suffering from some kind of digestive issues such as bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, IBS, heart burn, acid reflux and many more.

The Vast majority of these people don’t pay attention to it until it starts to make an impact on their everyday life.

Those “minor“ digestive problems left untreated and neglected for a long period of time are becoming more frequent and more severe leading to chronic digestive problems and developing chronic diseases such as GERD, Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn’s diseases, Diverticulosis…etc

At that point their digestive health and their immune system (which is mainly located in the GUT) as well become compromised so they develop chronic inflammation and further diseases like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Hashimoto’s, Lupus and even cancer due to the weakened immune system and the side effects of the medications they’ve been prescribed for the developed conditions.

The majority of these problems can be easily prevented by taking good car of our health and well being with the right diet and lifestyle changes.

Around 80% of both adults and children have parasites in their gut.

Did you know that it is estimated that around 80% of both adults and children have parasites🪱in their gut?

Most parasites enter into your body through your mouth or your skin either with food or drink, touching our face with dirty hands, by a bug bite🦟🕷️🐜, sexual contact or even by kissing our beloved pets 🐶🐱🐹 or cleaning up their 💩.

Some parasites disappear on their own if your immune system is strong and able to get rid of them.

But some parasites won’t disappear‼️

Parasites are very clever creatures.
They can hanging out on your liver, lungs, brain, heart muscle defending themselves surrounded by biofilm and they can live and survive in your budy without being noticed.

🅱️ut at times these parasites can even pose a greater threat to our bodies because they release toxins into your bloodstream and many of them carry diseases.

Parasite infections can cause a variety of symptoms such as nausea, bloating, gas, headaches, IBS , womiting, fatigue and so on which unfortunately often misdiagnosed and mistreated.

Long term untreated parasites can cause severe malnutrition and lead to serious diseases including seizures, blindness, heart failure, and even death.

A yearly thorough parasitic cleansing is highly recommended for everyone just as you do for your pet.

Why gluten causes inflammation

Many people are able to digest gluten without any symptoms at all.

But for those who suffer from celiac disease, gluten sensitivities or compromised immune systems can become really ill if they consume any food (wheat, barley, rye)containing gluten.

The protein structure of gluten is similar to the structure of the thyroid tissue and the tissue of the intestinal lining.

Your immune system creates antibodies against gluten and at the same time attacking its own tissue lining by mistake hence the same structure creating chronic inflammation all over the body and leading to autoimmune disease such as

➡️Celiac disease
➡️Hashimoto Thyroiditis
➡️Rheumatoid Arthritis
➡️Psoriasis
➡️Fibromyalgia
➡️Crohn’s
And many more!

Excluding gluten from your diet can help tremendously in the reduction of the inflammation and the improvement of your overall health.

The main types of fat found in food are:

👍Unsaturated fats such as avocados, nuts and seeds, fatty fishes, olives are the type of healthy fats that you need in your healthy diet.

👎Saturated fat found in bacon, butter, cured meats, cakes and biscuits is the type of unhealthy fats you should stay away from in order to maintain your health.
