� Having taken all the necessary training I am a fully qualified Reiki Master. In a nut shell, reiki is healing energy or Ki or Prana as known in some Eastern traditions. It is a relaxing and calming, often awe inspiring, spiritual experience �

� In a time where there are so many growing concerns and stresses in our daily lives studies have shown that Reiki is very beneficial in helping to reduce

our stress, at alleviating high blood pressure and depression, and lowering heart rates. It is effective for relaxation and when it is used for pain relief, depression and stress, it yields the greatest results. The benefits of Reiki also include but are not limited to;
� Clearing blockages in the flow of Ki/prana energy boosting energy levels.
� Cleanses the body of toxins and poisons.
� Being used as a preventative treatment to strengthening and protecting the body’s energy field and Aura.
� Helps to alleviate pain.
� Reduces stress levels.
� Helps alleviate depression, feeling low, mood swings, PMS, Menopause symptoms.
� Helps reduce irregular sleeping patterns.
� Reduce tension and facilitate relaxation.
� Helps to deal with loss and grief.
� Provides a space for one to connect with oneself on a subconscious level and may provide insight into certain issues or situations.�

� I am mobile so I am happy to travel to you within a certain distance, and will bring everything necessary to perform reiki in the comfort of your own home. The treatment is non-invasive, you are fully clothed. Reiki is a spiritual treatment and sometimes I get visons and messages that I will discuss with you when the session ends. The appointment will last approximately 1.5 hours from set-up to finish �
