Lesson no.1 from having cancer.
Perspective is powerful, and gratitude is grounding.

Good health isn’t guaranteed, and it’s never a constant. It’s only when it’s stripped away that we truly understand what a gift it is to have lungs that breathe air and legs that can carry us up mountains.

What once felt ordinary now feels sacred. Movement truly is a gift, a miracle that I will never take for granted again.

Remember: somewhere, there’s somebody who would love to have a body that can do what yours can. Celebrate what it’s capable of instead of bullying it for what it does or doesn’t look like.

KEEP SHOWING UP
Fitness in general or training for HYROX isn’t easy.
We all have goals, and we’re often our own harshest critics.
When progress feels slow, or results aren’t coming as fast as we’d hoped, it’s easy to start doubting ourselves or questioning if we’re doing the right things.
But here’s the truth: you might be just one month away from seeing real results.
Or three months.
Or maybe even six.
If someone told you, “stick with it, and you’ll hit your goal in eight months,” you’d probably feel motivated and excited to keep going.

Your hard work will pay off if you keep showing up, putting in the work, and staying consistent.
Most of us don’t need to change what we’re doing completely. We need to trust the process and believe in ourselves. Hard work always pays off.
Keep going. You’ve got this.
