KEEP SHOWING UP
Fitness in general or training for HYROX isn’t easy.
We all have goals, and we’re often our own harshest critics.
When progress feels slow, or results aren’t coming as fast as we’d hoped, it’s easy to start doubting ourselves or questioning if we’re doing the right things.
But here’s the truth: you might be just one month away from seeing real results.
Or three months.
Or maybe even six.
If someone told you, “stick with it, and you’ll hit your goal in eight months,” you’d probably feel motivated and excited to keep going.

Your hard work will pay off if you keep showing up, putting in the work, and staying consistent.
Most of us don’t need to change what we’re doing completely. We need to trust the process and believe in ourselves. Hard work always pays off.
Keep going. You’ve got this.

The truth is — love exists in so much more than a romantic partner. Love is everything around you and I hope you learn how to open your eyes to that. I hope you find love in every aspect of your life. I hope you find it tucked into early morning sunrises and the smell of your favorite food. I hope you find it strung between the laughter you share with friends, I hope it bounces off of you when you hug the people you care for, I hope it swells within your ribcage whenever you hear your favourite song. I hope you fall in love with growth, and change, and the messiness and the beauty of life, and becoming exactly who you are supposed to be. Because if there is one thing I have learned, it is that love is so much more than a human being who holds your heart. Love is everything around you. So for the ones who perceive themselves to be on their own today, stay with love. Remind yourself of the love that you hold internally that is circulating around you. Remind yourself of the love you feel when you look into your dog's eyes, or when you hug a friend or hold a family members hand, or the love you feel for purely existing on this planet. Make sure you look around and let life bring you love. 💞

The people you surround yourself with have a huge part to play in your success.

Louie Simmons, one of the greatest strength coaches in the world said it best...
"If you run with the lame, you'll develop a limp"
If the people around you are always moaning, blaming everyone else for their problems and never doing anything, this is going to influence you.
If you want to do better, achieve more and hit your goals then it would be good idea to associate with more people who'll help you do that...
People who won't tolerate poor excuses, people who are out there getting after what they want, people who'll pull you along with them to a higher level rather than drag you down.
This has a bigger part to play in your results than you think. Running with the lame makes it so much harder to get the results you want.
But surrounding yourself with ambitious people who are on a similar journey to you..that makes it a whole lot easier
