We’re really pleased to be supporting the Mindful Mile at Royal Ascot - a relaxed, dementia-friendly community walking group set in beautiful surroundings.

The next Mindful Mile takes place on Wednesday 28th January.

These gentle walks are all about fresh air, movement at your own pace and enjoying time together, with space to chat, connect and feel part of the community. A simple idea that can make a real difference to wellbeing.

If you or someone you support would enjoy getting outdoors in a welcoming, supportive environment, you’d be very welcome to join.

Brew Monday ☕ is a gentle reminder from Samaritans to pause and reach out, because connection often starts with the simplest moments.

It’s a day for conversation, for listening without rushing, and for remembering how reassuring it can feel to sit down with someone and talk.

Companionship plays an important role in emotional wellbeing. Regular company, shared routines and familiar faces can help people feel supported and less alone. Alongside one-to-one companionship care, The Lavender Lounge offers a welcoming space to connect with others over a cup of tea.

Because sometimes, being heard is what matters most.
