Did you know that a person’s height and weight can be estimated by measuring their arm? This simple method is one of the ways we monitor our clients’ wellbeing. Regular checks allow us to identify early signs of weight loss, which may indicate the need for additional support. Where necessary, we can also work in partnership with local health agencies to arrange pressure-relieving equipment and other essential resources, ensuring our clients receive the best possible care.

I am taking part in the Shine Night Walk with my daughter, Kelly Todd, and her daughters. Together, we’re doing this challenge to raise money for cancer research.

We have known too many people who are fighting cancer, still battling it, or who have sadly lost their lives to it. We need to keep fighting, keep raising money, and keep hoping that one day cancer will no longer be the dreaded word it is today.

One of the worst things in an elderly loved ones life is them needing an ambulance, being scared of what has happened not knowing how long they need to wait and you unable to help them due to distance, disability of your own, not being able to drive or work commitments.

One of the services we provided is sitting with your loved one waiting for an ambulance or for you to arrive keeping them calm and making sure they have everything they need, talking to them reassuring them.
Our clients are very important to us and we are committed to making sure they feel safe in the most scariest times in life.
