Our MECC (Making Every Contact Count) colleagues have proudly taken part and are stepping into Stoptober themselves - showing their commitment to supporting others and making healthy changes too!

This month Home-Start Bracknell Forest are running two free, friendly antenatal groups on Saturday 25th October, one for mums and one for dads, held at the same time in a supportive space.

For Mums (led by a trained antenatal facilitator):
- Preparing for birth & labour
- Mastering changing, holding & bathing baby
- Looking after your mental wellbeing

For Dads (led by a male facilitator):
- Hands-on baby care: changing, holding & bathing
- Talking about dads’ mental well-being
- Understanding how important your support is before & after birth
- Discussing labour & birth

Booking is required as spaces are limited!

When: Monday 29th September, 2–4pm
Where: The Open Learning Centre, Bracknell (on-site parking available)

Meet staff and services dedicated to supporting carers

Access advice on health & wellbeing, including smoking cessation, weight management and substance use support
