You thought it would solve all your problems, but you just don't know where to go next. This is a really common problem.

Some people with ADHD are tired all the time. This is because there is so much going on in your head all the time, or you get so overwhelmed that your brain shuts down.

Some people are the opposite and cannot quiet their brains enough and struggle to sleep at all.

Both are valid and are symptoms of ADHD.

💤🐾 First day back… and Ellie is officially wiped out.

After a full shift of wagging, cuddling, listening to Disney classics 🎶 and even a bit of Harry Potter magic ✨, our superstar therapy dog has clocked out and collapsed in a very professional heap.

Turns out boosting morale, melting hearts, and supervising snack time is hard work, folks.

✨🐾 Back to work vibes 🐾✨

Our gorgeous girl Ellie has officially returned to her “office” today after a very well-deserved summer break. 🏖️ (Translation: 8 weeks of belly rubs, chasing squirrels, and practicing her napping technique at a professional level).

She’s strutting back into her school OT sessions with that trademark Golden Retriever grin, ready to boost moods, reduce stress, and of course, collect as many pats as her schedule allows. 💼🐶

We’re not saying she’s the most popular member of staff… but let’s just say HR may need to update her contract to include “Chief Happiness Officer.”

Welcome back, Ellie — the students and staff have missed you almost as much as you’ve missed their snacks! 🐾❤️

Are you struggling with back to school? This time of year can be incredibly difficult. We know it's exhausting and overwhelming. We also know how frustrating the waiting lists are. If your child is in desperate need of a diagnosis now in order to get them the support they need, then we can help.

Our assessments are in line with LEA and NICE guidelines and the NHS accept our referrals. You could have a diagnosis within 6 weeks. And one of the things we prize ourselves on is out aftercare, we don't just give you a diagnosis and leave you to it.

As experts in neurodiversity, we really want you to know this. There is no proven link at all (and there have been pretty robust studies) between autism and paracetamol. Just as vaccines have never caused autism.

The NHS classes it as the safest medication you can take during pregnancy, so please do not listen to this misinformation from America.

We didn't dismiss cancer or diabetes when diagnoses rose, we celebrated the progress in detection and treatment that saves lives.

So why do we hear “everyone’s a bit neurodivergent these days” when ADHD and autism diagnoses increase?

The truth is: more awareness doesn’t mean more people suddenly “developed” ADHD or autism. It means we’re finally recognising it, and more people are getting the understanding, tools, and support they’ve always needed to thrive.
