Morning Session – 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Start your day with a warm drink, a friendly chat, and a chance to get creative! Our Potting Shed team will be hosting a range of wellbeing activities designed to help you relax, recharge, and feel connected.
Whether you’d like to join in with some calming crafts or simply enjoy the welcoming atmosphere, there’s a space for you. If crafting isn’t your thing, that’s absolutely fine - pop in for a coffee from the café, take a breather, and enjoy the company of others. Sometimes, the simplest moments of connection can make the biggest difference.

Afternoon Session – 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Join us for our Service Roadshow and discover what’s available in your community! Meet our Happiness Hub partners along with other local services, enjoy a drink, and take a moment to connect with others. There’ll also be some fun craft activities to get involved in if you’d like.
This session is all about showcasing the amazing support available throughout the year. Plus, we’ll be creating a Gratitude Tree -a space where you can write down something you’re grateful for or make a self-care promise to yourself. It’s a simple yet powerful way to focus on the positives and set intentions for your wellbeing
