🫶 Family and Children’s Yoga 🧘

Our monthly Saturday morning sessions run on the last Saturday of the month at Forest Park Community Centre Bracknell.

Each session includes breath play, postures explored through games and partner practices, mindfulness and relaxation. (Everyone’s favourite 😉)

Yoga Christmases Past! ❤️ ❄️ 🎄

Yuletide Yoga always fills me with joy. Years back, my class all decided to wear their festive PJ’s to our last session of the year. 🫶

So I’m excited to say Saturday Yoga Bookings are open for;

29th November
20th December

Family Yoga ages 5+ 10:00 to 10:40

Children’s and Family Yoga (mixed group) ages 8+ 10:45 to 11:30

Yoga Creates is committed to contributing to the creation of a world where people of all ages and backgrounds are at peace and are present to the contribution they can make. I believe that the practices of yoga and mindfulness are an access to gaining more energy, peace of mind and respect for one’s self and the world we live in.

Teaching all ages from 3 years up, I understand the importance of adapting teaching styles and methods to suite each age, however all teaching is based inside the 5 aspects of traditional Hatha yoga. These are proper breathing, proper exercise, proper relaxation, positive thinking and proper diet.
