💜👗👚Clothes Throw part 1 complete!👚👗💜

664 purple bags with earning potential of £16-20k have made their journey to a depot in Farnham to be sorted and distributed to Cancer Research UK shops.

Slimming World members in the local area have slimmed out of rather a lot of clothes 😉

A massive thank you to all donors and to the volunteers helping out with the loading today - you are all fabulous 👏🏼

👖👕👞The Clothes Throw has begun! 🎒👚👗

Collecting clothes our fabulous Slimming World members have slimmed out of (amongst other welcome donations) ready to head to Cancer Research UK shops!

Collecting at Braybrooke rec until 10:30am then St Sebastian's cricket pavilion RG40 3XA 2-4pm.

Each purple bag can raise up to £30 (with gift aid) and we hit £3.1m across the company last year 💜 😀

‘I’ve gone from just existing to really living!’ Raise the roof for Fiona, who has been named Slimming World’s Greatest Loser 2026 👑! She’s lost a jaw-dropping 20st 8.5lbs (130.9kg) 😱 after years of putting her life on hold because of her weight 💔

At 35st (222.3kg), Fiona believed weight loss surgery was her only hope, so she joined her local Slimming World group with a plan to lose the 3st (19kg) needed to qualify. As the weight came off, she realised she could keep going without the need for surgery and her world began to open up 🤩

From avoiding leaving the house to loving being active, exploring new places and saying ‘yes’ to every adventure 🥹 Fiona has truly transformed her life.
